Brothers,
Greetings, spring is officially upon us! I’d like to update all of you on what’s been going on in the fraternity, and remind you that our annual pilgrimage to Bass Lake is quickly approaching.
In February, the Exec Board, the BOD, and the President’s Council met for our annual strategy and planning retreat. Thank you to Dave Renuart, and his family for hosting us at their ranch in Springville.
There were 2 major items of discussion for the weekend. The first was the state of the active chapter. We have traditionally been a smaller house. Unfortunately a lot of the houses on campus have grown leaving us as the smallest house on campus. With the new recruitment policies in place on campus, this is a huge challenge for our actives to grow membership. Thankfully Andy Perrucci, 47th, has agreed to chair a committee to help the undergrads market themselves.
